Awareness is your true nature, not the thoughts you have mistaken for your identity.
​
To live as awareness is to know yourself as the space in which all things happen. It's noticing how you react, and how quickly you judge yourself for those reactions. And it's meeting your humanity with compassion and understanding.

Awareness really is everything, but it can't fully grasp it with our mind - even though we like to try.
