During my years as a Transformational Life Coach, I've discovered that the most common struggle is to embrace newness. We have good intentions and plenty of knowledge, but we keep showing up as the past version of ourselves, at the mercy of our habits, beliefs and opinions.

I practise what I call Today-Focused Living, where every day is a fresh, new beginning in life, and you're not held back by anything that may have happened in the past or any worries you may have about the future.

Today-Focused Living is intuitive. You get to play, experiment and create with courage and curiosity, and without all the self-judgment of the conditioned mind.

 

You make the most of today because you realise that it's the only day you ever get to experience. And you live in the natural flow of life, thankful for daily adventures and the gift of being alive.​

These 26 practices take into account your whole being: physical, psychological and spiritual, because neglecting any one of them leads to a life that feels out of balance.
