These pocket-sized recordings are just beautiful. Aliki’s voice is so soothing, hypnotic almost, it feels like she is in the room with me. I listen over and over to her wise teachings and each time hear something new. The short meditations are perfect to bring focus, or as a 6-minute ‘retreat’ to help tensions melt away.

Aliki’s mini-course is beautifully simple and clear. There is real depth of wisdom alongside a gentle approach that makes everything easy to understand.

I feel these three simple insights cut right to the heart of what’s really important for living a full, contented life. This little mini course has been so comforting to me when I’m feeling low. I can start listening and feel my perspective shift within a minute or two. The meditations help me relax even more and let the insights sink in deeply. They bring me back to my centre and remind me that I can enjoy and appreciate life.

The Today List
An A-Z of Today-Focused Intuitive Living
A simple guide to making the most of the rest of your life. Beginning today.

A Different Way to Meet Your Day
During my years as a Transformational Life Coach, I've discovered that the most common struggle is to embrace newness. We have good intentions and plenty of knowledge, but we keep showing up as the past version of ourselves, at the mercy of our habits, beliefs and opinions.

So then, why are we blessed with a new day today if we are destined to live it just as we did all the previous ones?

I practise what I call Today-Focused Living, where every day is a fresh, new beginning in life, and you're not held back by anything that may have happened in the past or any worries you may have about the future.

Today-Focused Living is intuitive. You get to play, experiment and create with courage and curiosity, and without all the self-judgment of the conditioned mind.
You make the most of today because you realise that it's the only day you ever get to experience. And you live in the natural flow of life, thankful for daily adventures and the gift of being alive.
