I found your channel recently and downloaded your Today list today. You inspire me enormously. Nothing is new to me (for my spiritual ego that is...) but the way you speak about it is totally new for me and makes my life exiting again! Thanks very, very much!
I have received the Today List through your website and started following it. I am currently up to F for Feel Free. I realize that Cleansing prayer and Feel free come hand-in-hand. I can feel the transformation from all the points. Breathing and eating consciously have a made a lot of difference. I can totally relate to nature now, touching leaves, and being thankful that I am able to aware of it all. I have taken baby steps on Decluttering as well.
