Grounded in Awareness is a short audio series introducing the three core insights that underpin my work.​​​

Recognising Thought
Seeing the difference between your thinking mind and the awareness that observes it.

Recognising Resistance
Seeing how suffering is created when we resist the way life unfolds.

Living in Presence
Discovering the natural state of rest, when we are no longer lost in thought or resistance.
​​​Together they point to a simple shift in your being: noticing what’s happening within you, seeing your reactions, and meeting them with understanding instead of judgement.

The entire series is under 30 minutes and includes short guided meditations to help you experience each insight directly.
This offering is completely free and is shared as a foundation for living with presence.
These pocket-sized recordings are just beautiful. Aliki’s voice is so soothing, hypnotic almost, it feels like she is in the room with me. I listen over and over to her wise teachings and each time hear something new. The short meditations are perfect to bring focus, or as a 6-minute ‘retreat’ to help tensions melt away.
